When you visit or submit the form, our systems may also record technical information such as your IP address and browser details, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.

• To pass your request to local cleaning providers so they can contact you.

• To operate, secure, and improve the site and to prevent spam and fraud.
• To keep records and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your request with independent cleaning providers who serve your area, so they can contact you by phone, text, or email. We may receive payment from providers for requests we send them. We also use service providers to run the site, such as hosting, database, spam-protection, and messaging tools, who handle data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Once a provider receives your request, they hold their own copy and handle it under their own practices. We don't control how providers use information after they receive it.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a spam-protection check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) that may read or store technical data in your browser to tell people from bots. We don't currently run advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we reasonably need them to run the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. To stop text messages, reply STOP to the message. Because providers keep their own copies, you may also need to contact them directly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
