What we do

Austin House Clean is a free referral service. When you submit a request, we share it with independent local cleaning providers who may contact you with quotes. We are not a cleaning company, and we do not perform, supervise, or manage any cleaning work.

Providers are independent

Cleaning providers set their own prices, availability, and terms. Any agreement to hire a provider is solely between you and that provider. We don't verify or endorse any provider's licensing, insurance, background checks, or quality of work, and we don't guarantee that any provider will contact you or that you will receive a quote. Please do your own research and ask providers about their screening, insurance, and pricing before you hire.

Your request and contact consent

By submitting the form, you agree that Austin House Clean and the providers who receive your request may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your cleaning request, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only for yourself or with the permission of the person you are submitting for. Don't submit requests using automated tools, false details, or another person's contact information.

No warranties

The site and our service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information on the site is general and may not apply to your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin House Clean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from work performed by, or dealings with, any provider.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
